Sales Representative

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities for Sales Representative:

-Prospect and qualify new sales leads
-Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
-Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
-Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
-Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
-Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
-Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
-Meet and/or exceed quotas
-Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Qualifications for Sales Representative:

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2-4 years of sales experience
-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
-Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Highly self-motivated
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Working knowledge of CRM systems

You will work closely with clients in identifying, understanding, and meeting their specific needs and pain points. Success in this role will be demonstrated by improved client retention and satisfaction while growing new business opportunities with existing clients.

Engagement Manager Job Responsibilities and Duties:

-Seeks opportunities to upsell products and services to existing accounts
-Nurtures working relationships with clients throughout the project cycle
-Tracks client’s processes and provides prompt assistance when needed
-Designs and executes solutions tailored to client needs
-Leads and handles complex accounts
-Ensures compliance with company policies and follows ethical standards
-Manages client expectations and ensures delivery of client requests

Engagement Manager Job Requirements:

-Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, project -management, and consulting
-Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
-Detail and goal-oriented
-Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills
-Project management certification desired (e.g. CSM, APM)
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or any related field; MBA a plus
